Terms of Service

Draft — not legal advice. This page is a structural placeholder. The operative wording must be written or reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch, because this service records telephone calls and processes third-party personal information.

The service

CallMonday provides an automated voice receptionist that answers calls on behalf of a business, captures enquiry details, and forwards them to the business owner by text and email.

Eligibility

The service is offered to businesses. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

Trials

Trial terms, including the included allowance and what happens when it is exhausted — to be confirmed.

Fees

Pricing and payment terms — to be confirmed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you provide, for configuring call forwarding on your own line, and for how you use the enquiry information we pass to you — including your own obligations to the people who call you.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party telephony and voice providers.

Limitation of liability

To be confirmed.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement. Terms — to be confirmed.

Governing law

The laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
