Draft — not legal advice. This page is a structural placeholder. The operative wording must be written or reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch, because this service records telephone calls and processes third-party personal information.

Who we are

CallMonday provides a 24/7 automated voice receptionist service to local trade businesses in London, Ontario and the surrounding 519 area.

Information we collect

We collect information from two groups of people:

  • Our customers — business name, owner name, email address, phone number, and service details.
  • People who call our customers — name, phone number, service address, the nature of the enquiry, a recording of the call, and a transcript.

Call recording

Calls answered by our virtual receptionist are recorded and transcribed so that the business owner receives an accurate record of the enquiry. Callers are informed at the start of every call.

How we use information

To pass enquiry details to the business the caller intended to reach, to operate and improve the service, and to meet our legal obligations.

Sharing

Enquiry details are shared with the business that was called. We use third-party processors for voice processing, telephony, messaging, and hosting.

Retention

Retention periods for recordings, transcripts, and enquiry records — to be confirmed.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
